Terms – Conditions

1. Company Overview 

A&Z; Freights LLC provides truck dispatching and administrative support services to independent
owner-operators and trucking companies operating within the United States.
We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, shipper, marketplace, or escrow service. We do not transport
goods, take custody of freight, or handle freight-related payments.

2. Scope of Services

Load sourcing and dispatch coordination.
Rate negotiation assistance and scheduling support.
Administrative and communication support.

3. Payments & Fees

Fees are charged solely for dispatching services.
Freight payments are made directly between carriers and shippers or licensed brokers.
All service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and FMCSA regulations.
Maintaining valid insurance coverage and operating authority.
Ensuring shipment legality, safety, and delivery

5. Prohibited Items

Illegal or controlled substances.
Weapons, firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials requiring special permits.
Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods under U.S. law.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services for non-compliance or suspicious activity

7. Limitation of Liability

A&Z; Freights LLC is not liable for freight loss, damage, delays, or disputes between carriers and
brokers/shippers.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state of registration of
A&Z; Freights LLC.
